Alex C. Mills is a cosmic country and soul influenced singer-songwriter originally from Sacramento, CA, who now resides and records in Austin, TX. His music draws from influences such as Wilco, Merle Haggard, and Nathaniel Rateliff. Alex’s sound leans heavily into Americana but remains distinctly its own, with nods to his upbringing in the foothills of the Sierra Nevadas. With a “songwriting first” mentality, Alex’s music often crosses genre while maintaining a writing style that is observational, introspective, and open.
