Been Blessed to be surrounded by the great Austin Music Scene and helped by fine Musicians.
One was born in rural Mexico, the other in a New York hospital, but it was Austin, Texas where the two became The Armadillo Paradox: the greatest (and probably only) band to ever pair a mandolin with a synthesizer. Sol Chase and his collaborator, Jared Huskey both love to write songs, from angsty breakup songs to bitter breakup songs to angry breakup songs—and a little of everything else sometimes. Their lyrics are sure to get you in a contemplative mood, whether you wanted to be or not. Both are multi-instrumentalists, and although there are only two of them, the stage is sure to be packed with stands, cables, and pure musical umph.
